The Fish Deli Roasted Fillet of Plaice with Lemon and Thyme
Ingredients
Fillets of plaice
1 lemon zested and juiced
4 sprigs of fresh thyme or 1 tsp of dried thyme
100g butter
Method
1. Season the plaice fillets and lay them onto a roasting tray.
2. Melt the butter, add the lemon zest and thyme and pour over the fish.
3. Roast in a pre-heated medium hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. When cooked, add the lemon juice to the fish and pour the roasting juice over the fish to serve.
